Very slightly open nose, firm, nutty, yeasty with light vegetal notes, touch of yellow spice, citrus and pomaceous fruit, touch of soup greens, intense mineral notes. Firm again on the palate, ripe, juicy fruit with yome yellow spice, vegetal notes iwth a touch of root vegetables, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, tart citrus notes, persistent, elegant, lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, nutty oak, hint of tobacco, fairly full-bodied, some depth, still young, very good tart, grippy finsh.i
