Translate to English Deutlich vegetabiler, erdiger, leicht holziger und angedeutet speckiger Duft mit kräuterigen und ein wenig hell-floralen Tönen. Fest und recht saftig im Mund, erdige, vegetabile und auch deutlich holzige Noten, etwas rauchig am Gaumen, lebendige Säure und feinsandiger, leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, gewisse Kraft, im Hintergrund mineralische Töne, etwas Speck, guter bis sehr guter Abgang. Braucht noch etwas Zeit.
