Translate to English Deutlich holzige, kandiert-nussige und vegetabile Nase mit Kernobstnoten, einem Hauch Speck und Kräutern sowie erdigen und gewürzigen Anklängen. Kräftig und schmelzig im Mund, nussige Holzwürze, vegetabile Aromen, etwas Kandis und Karamell, sehr feine Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, leicht süßlich, spürbarer, wärmender Alkohol, guter, alkoholstarker und wieder nicht ganz trockener Abgang mit wachsigen Spuren.
