Tart, clear, distinctly herbaceous-vegetable nose with restrained, light pomaceous fruit notes and nutty hints. Slender, very dry, again bright fruit, relatively lively, fine acidity and some tannin grip, certain persistence, still yeasty traces, hints of minerality, certain melting, good finish.
