Delicately floral, slightly nutty and hints of bacon on the nose with notes of pomaceous and stone fruit. Clear, somewhat juicy fruit with delicate sweetness and a hint of dark berries, matching acidity, light tannic grip, salty tones, hints of dried mushrooms and a hint of root vegetables on a good, very slightly drying finish.
