Rather tart, restrained, yeasty and delicately nutty aroma with bright yellow fruity notes. Clear, straightforward, relatively juicy fruit, nutty and yeasty aromas, medium-fine mousseux, certain persistence, delicate grip, very light dark background, just a hint of dosage sweetness, hints of bready tones, good to very good finish.
