Herbal, planty and slightly nutty aroma with pome fruit and citrus aromas, floral nuances and some minerality. Ripe, warm, melting fruit, completely dry, herbal, nutty and floral hints, very fine acidity, still yeasty traces, some persistence, noticeable alcohol, good, melting finish with mineral traces.
