Clear, fresh and rather cool herbal nose with more white than yellow fruit aromas, floral tones, hints of white pepper, straw and a touch of fennel. Again bright and rather cool fruit, fine acidity and fresh planty notes, some fennel and pine nuts, a hint of dark berries, delicately vanilla-woody and smoky hints, some melting, quite clearly salt, good persistence, very good, tight finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
