Restrained, fine-vegetable as well as slightly yeasty and light-nutty fragrance with pome fruit and citrus aromas, mineral hints, hints of herb butter and floral traces. Quite firmly woven, tart, fine-juicy fruit with relatively lively acidity and a lot of grip, nutty and still slightly yeasty, herbaceous-vegetal aromas, abundant chalky-salty minerality that cools the wine despite its power, black berry traces, very good, firm, tart finish with a hint of nut butter and nut oil.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
