Firm, slightly smoky, somewhat nutty, mushroomy and vegetal to dried-herbal aroma of yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of white cabbage, courgettes and fermented garlic. Clear, juicy, slightly warm fruit with delicately creamy, slightly smoky wood flavours and hints of aniseed, noticeable tannin grip, dense and persistent, good depth, salty and almost stony minerality, certain alcohol warmth, very good, grippy and also juicy finish with a hint of juniper and despite the high alcohol also cooling notes.
