Relatively cool, firm and deep, somewhat nutty, bacony and vegetal to herbal aroma of light yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of spinach leaves, spring onions and butter as well as increasingly black berries with air. Polished, firm, tart, juicy fruit with delicately creamy, lively acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, dense, complex and persistent, good depth, smoky and nutty wood flavours in the background, hints of parsley root and bacon, has power, a hint of redcurrant leaves and redcurrants on the long finish.
