Clear, restrained vegetal and floral pome fruit nose with herbal nuances, some minerality and white pepper and a hint of ripe tomato. Firmly woven, ripe, tangy fruit with nutty, smoky and herbaceous planty flavours, lively acidity, has power but also plenty of cooling minerality, persistent, good depth, a hint of dark berries, then also citrus zest, very good, firm, juicy, nutty, mineral and herbaceous finish.
