Cool and quite firm, very light nose with fine vegetal, hint of floral aromas as well as white and yellow fruity tones. Slightly melting and a hint of warm, again light-coloured fruit with nutty, smoky and a little buttery notes, some grip, herbal-vegetable hints and fennel on the palate, good persistence, chalky and salty tones, still young, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
