Somewhat smoky-reductive, nutty and dried-vegetable scent of bright yellow fruits with fine-vegetable and delicately buttery aromas. Polished, firm citrus fruit with slightly smoky and nutty wood tones, fine acidity, has grip of crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, hints of butter and fennel, chalky and salty minerality, some alcohol warmth, a hint of pepper on the very good finish.
