Firm and quite deep, slightly nutty and dried vegetal aroma with yellow and white fruity aromas, a little roasted pointed cabbage and fine mushroomy tones. Ripe, juicy and clearly toasty-spicy, somewhat warm fruit with fine acidity and grip of ripe tannin, nutty aromas, some smoke, concentrated and persistent on the palate, good depth, lots of power, black berry nuances, some minerality in the background, a little fennel, also a hint of peanut and turmeric, very good, firm finish with ripe, tart juice, spice and grip and noticeable alcohol.
