Cool, very polished nose, delicate floral and fresh vegetal notes, light yellow fruit, hint of elderflower. Clear, cool, again very polished, delicate juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, very light floral and fresh herbaceous traces, hint of elderflower, mineral traces, good to very good finish.
