Cool, polished nose, delicate floral and mineral notes, elegant vegetal and herbaceous aromas, touch of yellow and green fruit. Cool, light-bodied but also quite firm on the palate, bone dry elegant, juicy fruit, herbaceous traces, fresh vegetal notes, lively, very elegant acidity, good persistence, polished, has some depth, very good firm, cool, fairly complex finish.
