Nutty, earthy and vegetal notes on the palate, hint of bacon, restrained fruit, salty traces, still has fairly prominent yeasty notes, fairly elegant acidity, tannins still very slightly brittle, become more integrated with aeration, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, licorice in the background, very good tart, creamy finish. Needs time to develop.
