Translate to English Frische, deutlich pflanzliche und etwas florale Nase mit gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen, mineralischen Spuren sowie ein wenig Holunder. Herb-saftige, relativ fest gewirkte Frucht, deutlich pflanzliche und leicht hefige Töne, lebendige Säure, ein wenig Salz im Hintergrund, erdige Nuancen und zarter Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, guter, wieder herb-saftiger Abgang mit frischer pflanzlicher Würze.
