Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and bacony aroma of mixed berries with a hint of star anise. Clear, slender fruit with a certain acid bite, nutty and spicy oak notes in the background, crumbly tannins, some persistence, hints of meat and tobacco, salty tones, a hint of citrus zest on a good to very good finish.
