2020 Thermenregion Blanc de Noir, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Cloudy pale straw yellow. Distinctly yeasty citrus scent with notes of sourdough and herbal to planty aromas. Tart, restrained fruit, again clearly bready and yeasty aromas, somewhat herbal and mushroomy on the palate, slightly bitter, grip of crumbly tannin, quite lively perlage, slightly drying in the otherwise good finish.
