2020 Spätburgunder VDP.Gutswein feinherb Rosé, Rheingau, Germany

Still slightly yeasty, somewhat herbal and implied mushroomy scent of yellow fruits with a little red berries and a hint of exoticism. Youthful, rather slender, sweetish fruit with tart herbal hints, lively, almost present acidity, medicinal herbs and long pepper in the background, hints of tannin, certain persistence, light mineral tones in the good finish
