Cool, rather restrained, somewhat planty and yeasty nose with citrus and pome fruit notes. Rather tart, again very restrained fruit, clearly yeasty aromas, chalky and salty mineral tones, fine acidity, some covering tannin, certain persistence, also tart in the finish, slightly covered and very mineral
