Cool, somewhat herbal, almondy and delicately bacony core and stone fruit scent with a hint of wine gum. Youthful, bright, rather sweet fruit with delicate melting and still yeasty traces, lively acidity, hints of mushrooms and red currants, light tannic grip and some persistence, salty and chalky tones in the good finish
