Firm yeasty nose, still has some sulphurous notes, herbaceous and prominent mineral notes, cool, light yellow fruit, floral and peppery traces. Firm, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, tart vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent salty mineral notes, lively, elegant acidity, firm bite, persistent, moderate grippy tannins, still largely undeveloped, some depth, reminiscent of marinated mild green peperoni, hint of white pepper, more prominent mineral notes on a very good sweetish finish. Needs time to mature.
