Sanfte, eingemachte und kandierte, süße Südfrucht mit Noten von Apfel, kandierter Sternfrucht, etwas Gewürzen und Rosenholz, dezente Säure, elegant, aber auch mit gewisser Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
