Quite cool, somewhat smoky, light nutty and dried herbal citrus scent with light red berry nuances as well as a hint of fennel, mint and white flowers. Clear, juicy, delicately melting fruit with a hint of cardamom, very fine acidity, has grip and good persistence, chalky minerality, very good, juicy and grippy finish.
