Yeasty and delicate floral notes on the nose, light stone and pomaceous fruit, touch of lime zests, hint of melon and aloe vera. Tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, still slightly yeasty, light vegetal, floral and earthy notes, traces of cucumber, elderflower and herbs in the background, light nutty notes, some grip, persistent, smoky traces, good to very good firm, tart, juicy finish. Clearly shows its origin.
