Astringent, slightly dried, planty scent of black berries and a little cherry with earthy notes. Astringent, quite juicy fruit, clearly spicy aromas, some acid bite and still relatively present tannin, smoky nuances in the background, moderate wood notes, good persistence, good to very good, hinted bacon-like, a little drying finish
