Clear, polished and rather cool, nutty nose with fine, light pomaceous fruit and citrus notes, a hint of citrus zest and vegetal nuances. Ripe, polished, finely juicy, again bright fruit, nutty and restrained smoky flavours, very fine acidity and some grip, good persistence, hints of brown butter in the background, mineral tones, certain melting, very good, polished, finely juicy and spicy finish.
