Light, somewhat floral, herbaceous and a hint of almondy pomaceous and stone fruit on the nose, with nuances reminiscent of preserved apricots and lilies. Slender, bright, not quite dry fruit with a hint of salted lemon and lychee, lively acidity, light carbonic acid, has some grip, certain persistence, chalky tones, hints of yellow spice on a good finish.
