2022 Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Distinctly smoky, bacony, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and a hint of mushroomy aroma with pomaceous and stone fruit notes and a hint of green berries. Clear, rather slender fruit with a hint of red and white currants, lively acidity, light carbonic acid, delicate tannic grip, salty and chalky notes, good, somewhat fresh-vegetable finish with bite.
