Clear, fairly firm, somewhat nutty and yeasty nose with fine aromas of pomaceous fruit and vegetal notes as well as floral traces. Clear, finely juicy, youthful fruit, fine, relatively lively acidity and some grip, nutty and yeasty tones, a hint of smoke in the background, vegetal notes reminiscent of celery, certain persistence, delicate carbonic acid, good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
