2021 Großwallstadt Lützeltaler Berg Spätburgunder trocken "Pitztaler Berg", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly warm, fairly dense, somewhat smoky, nutty and bacony nose, mixed berries with a hint of Amarena cherries, tobacco and dried herbs. Clear, partly somewhat preserved, partly fresh, juicy, still undeveloped fruit with nuances reminiscent of blackcurrants, nutty and spicy wood notes in the background, crumbly tannins, good persistence and some depth, hints of wax and leather, very good finish with bite.
