Cool, quite firm, finely vegetal and still slightly yeasty nose with fine yellow fruity aromas, mushroomy traces as well as floral and spicy nuances. Clear, tangy-juicy fruit with fresh vegetable and still delicately yeasty notes, quite lively acidity, certain persistence, minerality in the background, floral traces, some celery, also in the finish animatingly tart and cool
