Firm, tart, somewhat nutty and yeasty aroma with pome fruit aromas, a little charcoal-like vegetal aromas, hints of smoke and distinct minerality. Bone-dry, restrained, yet ripe fruit, nutty, earthy-mineral and again a little charcoal notes, fine acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence and substance, some warmth, delicate bitterness in the background, good finish
