Herbaceous-vegetable, somewhat fatty, hinted yeasty and yellow-spicy nose with yellow fruity aromas, a touch of capers, wood and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit, vegetable and floral tones, a touch of red berries, nutty aromas, a little yellow spice, quite lively acidity and handle of crumbly tannins, persistent, has power and substance, clear minerality, chalky and salty, quite complex, very good, firm, again sweetish finish
