2018 Großwallstadt Silvaner Ortswein trocken Alte Reben, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat muted, vegetal and earthy nose with some minerality, noticeable alcohol and a little imprecise yellow fruity aromas. Warm, but then quite firm, tart and juicy fruit with vegetable and a little smoky notes, a hint of wood, fine sandy tannin and a little bite, good persistence, a lot of alcohol, quite clear minerality, certain bitterness, good, alcoholic finish with earthy, nutty and dried vegetal tones
