Cool, yeasty citrus nose with pome fruit notes, herbs, hints of dark berries and floral nuances. Relatively tightly knit, very slightly warm fruit, yeasty, smoky and herbal notes, medium-fine mousseux, noticeable grip of ripe tannin, nutty tones, hints of black berries in the background, a touch of tobacco, a hint of salt, very good, tart finish.
