2023 Riesling Auslese, Rheingau, Germany

Clear, cool, firm nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of almond, candied yellow fruit, hint of honey and mussel shells. Bright, firm, almost concentrated and yet slender and light-footed, sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of lemon fillets, honey and rosemary, lively, yet fine acidity, has some grip, persistent on the palate, hints of red berries, some depth, salty and chalky minerality, very good, juicy finish with bite.
