Youthful nose, delicate floral notes, light nutty, bacon and vegetal and herbaceous notes, predominantly dark berries, hint of small red berries and a few cherries. Clear, polished, fairly juicy, rather tart fruit with nuances reminiscent of cherries and blueberries, some nutty and spicy wood in the background, yeasty traces, hints of Brazil nut, cocoa and mint, chalky and smoky tones, very good, again juicy finish with bite. Very animating.
