Cool, delicate nutty, yeasty and hint of bacon aroma with restrained, light yellow fruity notes and stony-mineral hints. Slender, finely juicy, bright, not quite dry fruit, nutty, vegetal and hints of red berry flavours, salty and stony tones, good persistence, has polish, certain tension, very good, again cool finish.
