Delicately herbal and slightly smoky fragrance with fine, light yellow-fruity aromas and floral traces reminiscent of acacia blossoms. Cool, restrained, yet firm, light fruit, almost completely dry, lively, fine acidity, tart planty to herbal and slightly yeasty notes, clear minerality, lasting, certain depth, hints of rose petals, acacia blossoms and dark berries, fine grip, very good, firm, fine-juicy finish with herbal notes, a hint of mint and lots of salt and fine grapefruit notes.
