Firm, cool, polished and quite deep, rather tart bouquet with restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas, some yeast, hints of tobacco, a hint of dark berries and stony minerality. Pure-toned, again cool and rather firm, fine-juicy, restrained fruit, very fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, red berry nuances, persistent, grippy, good depth, still completely undeveloped, lots of tart minerality, very good to long, rather firm finish with grip and pull. Needs to mature.
