Delicate floral, nutty and fennel aroma with yellow fruity aromas, a little smoke, herbs, tobacco and mineral hints. At first, relatively detached yellow fruit with yellow spice, fennel, a little candied pineapple as well as nutty, tobacco and smoky traces, fine acidity, some grip, a hint of butter in the background, delicate sweetness, hints of mushrooms, tightens up with air and seems quite a bit more reductive on the second day than on the first, good to very good, still slightly rough finish.

Best to drink: 2024-2027+. What our ratings mean
