Somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbal, almondy and hints of bacon core and stone fruit scents with a hint of dark berries and fennel. Lean fruit with moderate sweetness, lively acidity, light tannic grip, some persistence, citrus zest and mint in the background, salty tones, good to very good finish.
