Ripe, juicy dark fruit on the palate, prominent spicy oak and chocolate, light acid bite, youthful, fine sandy tannins, persistent and full-bodied, some smoked bacon, slightly jammy, but also firm, still largely undeveloped, more toasted oak and chocolate on a very good finish. Uncompromisingly modern style, very ripe with lots of oak.
