Editor note: Slightly sweetish nose, preserved red berries and cherries, some black berries, herbaceous notes, some coconut and vanilla, hint of blood orange, mineral traces. Quite juicy on the palate, but also has prominent oak, lots of chocolate, popcorn, coconut and vanilla, slightly astringent tannins, persistent, full-bodied, and has substance, some depth, mineral notes in the background, herbaceous notes, very good finish. Outstanding grape material has not yet quite come together with what is an extremely modern style.
