Clear, polished, delicately yeasty nose with fine, light yellow-fruity aromas, delicate vegetal and nutty notes and light mineral tones in the background. Clear, finely juicy, light, cool fruit, fresh vegetal and still delicately yeasty notes, polished, very fine acidity, good persistence, light minerality, slightly chalky texture, light nutty traces, very good finish.
