Youthful, yeasty pome fruit flavour with fine vegetable and slightly nutty tones. Slender, bright, tart and cool fruit, very fine acidity, yeasty notes and vegetal tones, a hint of pepper, light minerality in the background, elegant style, not undeveloped, very good finish.
